VACANCY: NADA ASSOCIATIONAL REPRESENTATIVE – NATIONAL

The above vacancy, based in Midrand, is hereby internally advertised and we invite all suitably qualified staff within the RMI to apply for this position.
The successful candidate must be competent, in the main, the overall management of all NADA services and structures, in order to meet the needs of the Association’s members. This role has responsibility for the following:
• Service level measurement
• Member liaison
• Consumer complaints
• Very strong sales background
• Membership growth and retention
• Stakeholder relationship development
• Interfaces with regional RMI structures
• Industry eventing
• Reporting on activities
• On-selling and / or promoting of RMI Value Added Services (VAS)
• Arranging and conducting regional EXCO meetings
This role, through the effective management of NADA services and structures, adds to the member value proposition and thereby contributes to both the retention of existing members and the RMI’s ability to attract new members – both to the RMI and to the association.
Minimum Qualifications:
NQF Level 4, however a NQF Level 5 Higher/Advanced certificate in Business management or equivalent would be advantageous.
Minimum Experience:
At least 2-3 years applicable experience, with minimum qualification. Excellent communication and Sales skills required.
